The workers comp lawyers at Powers Law Group represented an 18 year employee of a cooperative feed company who severely injured both his ankle and foot while getting off of a bulldozer. The client had surgery performed on his ankle and, after the operation, walked with a limp. Our client was discharged by the surgeon, who said there was nothing more he could do for him. We had a doctor evaluate our client who provided a comprehensive treatment plan on his future needs. The insurance company had suspended our client’s weekly temporary total disability benefits because of the full duty work release from the surgeon who first treated our client. We then settled the case for $50,000 following a mediation.
