Car accident case
Car accident in Macon on February 16, 2018. Clients were on the way to Lowe’s home improvement store when the defendant driver negligently ran a stop sign and caused the collision. Clients were taken via ambulance to the hospital where they were treated for injuries to their ribs, neck and back. The accident totaled their truck. We filed a lawsuit in Jones County, Georgia because that’s where the defendant lived. At the scene the defendant said he was at fault for causing the wreck, but at his deposition he failed to accept responsibility. The accident effected our client’s travel and activities of daily living.
