Your circumstances come first

Keep the product. Preserve the questions.

Powers Law Group handles injury claims involving allegedly defective products, including vehicle components, tools, and consumer products. We look at how the product was used and whether its design, manufacture, or warnings may be relevant.

A malfunction or recall does not automatically prove an injury claim. The connection between the product, the incident, and the injury requires careful evidence and, when appropriate, technical review.

Clear answers. Personal guidance.

Let’s talk
through your questions.

These answers are a starting point. Your circumstances deserve an individual conversation.

Ask About Your Situation

Should I repair or throw away the product?

Preserving the product in its post-incident condition may be important. Keep it safely out of use and ask about preserving it before allowing repair, disposal, or destructive testing.

What if the product has been recalled?

Save the notice and product details. A recall may be relevant, but the circumstances of the injury still need to be reviewed.

How soon should I ask about a claim?

Prompt review helps identify evidence and the deadlines that apply. Special rules may affect particular claims, including those involving a government entity. Do not assume the same deadline applies to every situation.

What does the consultation cost?

Your initial consultation is free. We can explain the fee agreement and how case expenses are handled before you decide whether to hire the firm.
