Your circumstances come first
Help for the road ahead.
Jeff Powers and Adam Beecher represent people injured in car and motorcycle collisions in Macon, Middle Georgia, and throughout the state. We investigate what happened, document how your life has changed, and pursue the claim supported by the evidence.
Motorcycle crashes can raise difficult questions about visibility, road conditions, and the other driver’s actions. Car crashes can involve several vehicles, disputed accounts, or unfamiliar insurance coverage. We take the time to examine the circumstances of your collision.

These answers are a starting point. Your circumstances deserve an individual conversation.
Useful guidance: Georgia auto claim tips.
Should I accept the first settlement offer?
Have the offer and any release reviewed before signing. A settlement may close your claim even if your treatment is ongoing. We can help you understand what is included and what rights you may be giving up.
What if the other driver has little or no insurance?
Bring your own policy information as well as the other driver’s details. Whether uninsured or underinsured motorist coverage applies depends on the policies and facts; do not assume there is no option before having them reviewed.
What should I do after a collision?
Get medical help, report the collision, and preserve photographs and witness details when it is safe. Notify your own insurer promptly and follow your policy’s requirements. Ask us about requests from another driver’s insurer.
How soon should I ask about a claim?
Prompt review helps identify evidence and the deadlines that apply. Special rules may affect particular claims, including those involving a government entity. Do not assume the same deadline applies to every situation.
What does the consultation cost?
Your initial consultation is free. We can explain the fee agreement and how case expenses are handled before you decide whether to hire the firm.
